Dual Champions

At difference of other retriever breeds, the Chesapeake is a breed still able to produce Dual Champions.

A Dual Champion is an exeptional specimen of the breed, is a dog able to fullfill to the requests of a Field Trial Championship and a Show Championship.

Altough many Chessies are excellent dual purpose dogs just few have the outstanding qualities to became Dual Champions.

The record in the USA is at the present of 17 Dual Champions, 4 are still living.
In Europe the first Dual Champion Chesapeake is the French DC/AFC/Dt.CH/VDH CH Caroway's Sergeant Pepper JH WDQ.
